People talk about freedom and want it.
People claim freedom, yet accept the chains of bondage…so so freely
People want freedom but walk more confidently in self made prisons.
People post placards of freedom on their walls and heads, yet step into orange jumpsuits daily.
People clamor and fight against interlopers who steal what they say is free, yet they steal and interlope just the same.
People aspire to be the most free with feeling and site of an open sky and road, yet the move on wheels and feet that go nowhere.
Interlude…thinking I do just the same….
Freedom seems at that glance to be quite a conundrum.
Freedom seems to be an ideal worthy of seeking, yet so hard to find.
Freedom is worth the fight, but in retrospect something that is inherent to one..to all.
Freedom first starts in the mind and then is offered to the the hands, mouth, and heart.
Freedom is offered in the air and on high.
Freedom comes from one source.
We are free to accept it.
